Creating your account yourself

You can create a Move8 patient account yourself — no invitation needed.

1. Go to the Log In page and press "Create an account" (in the "New to Move8?" line), or open move8health.com/patient-signup directly.
2. A page titled "Create your Move8 Health account" opens. Fill in First name, Last name, Email and a Password (at least 8 characters).
3. Tick "I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy" and press Create account.
4. The screen changes to "Check your email" — we've sent a verification link to your address.
5. Open the email and click the verification link. Your account activates.
6. Go back to Log In and sign in with your email and password. You'll land on your patient home screen.

Things that catch people out

• The verification link expires in 24 hours. If it expired, the "Check your email" screen has a "resend the email" link — use it to get a fresh one.
• No email? Check your spam folder, then check that you typed your address correctly during signup.
• Are you a physiotherapist? Don't use the patient signup — press "Use the professional signup" at the bottom of the page instead.
