Exercise videos won't play

Exercise videos are streamed via Vimeo. When a video won't play, one of these is almost always the cause:

Quick fixes (in order)

1. Refresh the page.
2. Disable ad-blockers and privacy extensions for this site (uBlock, AdGuard, Brave Shields, Ghostery…). They frequently block the Vimeo player itself.
3. Try another browser — if it works there, an extension in the first browser is the culprit.
4. Check your connection. On very slow connections the player can stall; try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.

Clinic and hospital networks

Institutional firewalls sometimes block vimeo.com and player.vimeo.com. If videos fail only at your workplace but work at home or on mobile data, ask your IT department to allow these domains.
