I lost the email with my program

1. Search your inbox for "Move8" — the email may just be buried.
2. Check your spam/junk folder. Automated emails sometimes land there.
3. Check any other email addresses you use — your therapist may have an older address on file.
4. Still nothing? Ask your therapist to re-send the program. It takes them one click. Note: re-sending creates a fresh link and the old one stops working — from then on, always use the newest email.

To avoid this next time, bookmark your program page as soon as you open it.
