Adding and managing patients

Patients in Move8 are lightweight records: name, email, and optionally birthdate and phone. Patients do not need to register — they receive their program through a private email link.

Adding a patient

1. Go to Patients → Add Patient.
2. Enter first name, last name, and email.
3. Read the email address back before saving. A single mistyped character means the patient silently never receives anything. This is by far the most common support issue we see.

Editing

Open the patient from the list to correct details at any time. If you fix a wrong email address, re-send the program afterwards — emails already sent to the wrong address cannot be recalled.

Privacy

Only you (the therapist who created the record) can see your patients. Colleagues cannot see your patient list.
