The exercise video won't play

Try these in order — one of the first three fixes it for almost everyone:

1. Refresh the page (pull down on mobile, or press the reload button).
2. Check your internet. Try opening any other website. If you're on Wi-Fi, try mobile data instead (or the other way round).
3. Turn off ad-blockers or "privacy protection" features in your browser for this site — they often block the video player by mistake.
4. Try another browser (e.g. Chrome or Safari).
5. No sound? Check the speaker icon in the video player itself and your device's volume/silent switch.
