Who can see my exercise program?

Your program lives at a private link that is practically impossible to guess. Only two parties know it:

• your therapist, who created the program, and
• you, via the email you received.

Your program page shows your exercises and prescription — it is not indexed by search engines.

One rule

Don't forward your link to others. Anyone who has the link can open the page. Treat it like you'd treat any private document.

If you believe someone else has your link and you'd rather they didn't, tell your therapist — they can issue you a fresh program.
