Account & Billing

Payments, subscriptions and unlocking protocols

Programs assigned by your therapist are free for you. Separately, the Library contains recovery protocols you can unlock yourself — that's where billing comes in.

How paying works

Payments are processed by Stripe, one of the world's largest payment providers — Move8 never sees or stores your card number. Depending on the offer you can make a one-time purchase of a protocol or run a subscription.

Where to find everything

Open Profile → Billing. There you'll see:

  • Subscription — your current plan and its status,
  • Purchases — protocols you've unlocked,
  • Invoices — downloadable receipts for every charge,
  • Manage — opens the secure Stripe portal where you can update your card or cancel a subscription yourself.

Common situations

  • Payment failed / card declined — check with your bank that online payments are enabled and the card hasn't expired, then update the card via Manage.
  • Canceling a subscription — press Manage and cancel in the Stripe portal; access runs until the end of the paid period.
  • Refunds — open a support ticket below with the invoice number and we'll sort it out.
  • Got a voucher code? Redeem it at move8health.com/redeem — the unlocked content appears under Purchases.

A charge you don't recognise?

Charges reference Stripe on your statement. If something still looks wrong, contact us immediately via a ticket with the date and amount — we'll trace it.

Still stuck? We're happy to help directly.
